Responsibilities

• Set and achieve sales goals for in-store and digital selling with effective use of selling tools.
• Build lasting relationships with customers.
• Provide honest and confident feedback to customers about style and fit.
• Grow Nordstrom Rewards accounts.
• Keep the department customer ready: fill orders, stock, re-merchandise, price markdowns and light cleaning.
• Assist with opening Nordstrom Rewards accounts and growing customer base.
