Rainbow USA is hiring for an entry-level Shoe Coordinator to learn our business and grow into store leadership. This role requires at least 6 months of experience as a department manager in a retail setting and offers room for professional growth and development.

The position pays hourly, with a wage range of $12.56 to $15.00 per hour, plus benefits including medical, dental, life insurance, a 401(k) plan, and paid time off. On-site work at multiple store locations nationwide.
