This entry-level management role will teach you the business and give you the skills to operate a Rainbow store, building leadership. Shoe Coordinator requires at least 6 months experience as a department manager in a retail store.

You will train staff, handle multiple tasks, and contribute to a positive, fashion-forward team that delivers excellent customer service.
