Responsibilities

• Operate shirt pressing and garment finishing equipment to deliver high-quality items.
• Inspect garments for stains, buttons, and repairs during processing.
• Identify stains and perform pre- and post-spotting as needed.
• Sort and load laundry/dry-cleaning equipment according to care labels.
• Maintain clean, organized work area and uphold production standards.

Join a brand-new, state-of-the-art, woman-owned dry cleaning facility in Mankato! We are looking for a high-energy, detail-oriented Shirt Presser & Garment Finisher to join our team full-time. If you have a strong work ethic, great hand-eye coordination, and take pride in quality workmanship, we want to hear from you. Responsibilities:

• Operate professional shirt pressing and garment finishing equipment to deliver crisp, top-quality items.
• Perform garment inspection during processing, identifying and addressing stains, loose or broken buttons, and needed repairs.
• Conduct professional stain identification and spotting (pre- and post-spotting).
• Sort, load, and manage dry cleaning and laundry equipment according to garment care labels.
• Maintain quality and efficiency standards across all finished clothing items.
• Keep your work area clean, organized, and running smoothly.

Skills:

• Prior experience in dry cleaning, shirt pressing, laundry processing, or alteration operations.
• Experience in fast-paced labor environments such as manufacturing, assembly, industrial cleaning, or food service.

Qualifications:

• High attention to detail and a strong work ethic.
• Excellent hand-eye coordination and physical stamina to work in a active, fast-paced environment.
• High energy, reliability, and a strong sense of personal drive.
• Ability to work comfortably in a warm production environment.
