Bollinger Shipyards, Inc. in Lockport, LA is seeking a Project Scheduler to oversee the workflow for fabrication, assembly, and installation, and to maintain the Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) across multiple vessels.

The role requires proactive scheduling, timely updates, and clear communication with production teams. You will coordinate with department supervisors and sub-contractors, manage lead times, plan daily activities, develop recovery plans, and prepare comprehensive project reviews

Competenze

• Minimum 3 years of experience in preparing production schedules for industrial manufacturing and/or fabrication projects.
• Experience with Primavera P6 scheduling software is required.
• Shipbuilding and Earned Value Management (EVM) experience is a plus.

Job Title: Project Scheduler

Location: Lockport, LA

Position Overview: The Project Scheduler will be responsible for overseeing the workflow for departments and operations according to established manufacturing sequences and lead times. This role involves development and maintenance of project schedule sequences for fabrication, assembly, and installation, as well as collecting and entering progress into the Integrated Master Schedule (IMS).

Key Responsibilities

• Manage workflow between departments and operations based on established manufacturing sequences and lead times.
• Lead in development of IMS to support build strategies through the construction, outfitting and commissioning of vessels.

Qualifications
