Job summary

Accurate Marine Environmental is seeking an experienced Gas Free Project Coordinator to oversee daily gas free and marine environmental operations in Portsmouth, VA. You will coordinate field crews, equipment, schedules, and project documentation while ensuring NAVSEA, OSHA, and customer specifications are met.

The ideal candidate has extensive knowledge of gas free operations, shipboard environments, and experience supervising field teams in marine or government contracting settings.

Qualifications

• Extensive knowledge of gas free operations, tank cleaning, confined spaces, pumping systems, and shipboard environments.
• Experience in marine, shipyard, industrial, environmental, or government contracting operations.
• Demonstrated field supervision, project coordination, and workforce management experience.
• Working knowledge of NAVSEA requirements, technical specifications, and safety procedures.
• Current OSHA 10 and HAZWOPER 40 certifications.
• Valid REAL ID-compliant driver's license and satisfactory driving record.
• Ability to obtain and maintain DBIDS, TWIC, and other required access credentials.
• Ability to pass a pre-employment drug test and complete annual respirator fit testing.
• Availability to work overtime, weekends, nights, and extended shifts as needed.

Accurate Marine Environmental is seeking an experienced, safety-focused Gas Free Project Coordinator to oversee daily gas free and marine environmental operations supporting U.S. Navy, commercial, and industrial customers.

The successful candidate will coordinate field crews, equipment, manpower, schedules, and project documentation while ensuring compliance with NAVSEA requirements, OSHA regulations, customer specifications, and company safety standards.
