Job summary

Case Farms is seeking a dedicated Class A CDL driver to join our poultry transport team in Louisiana. You will conduct pre-trip inspections, document trips, and maintain accurate records while adhering to DOT safety rules and company policies.

Responsibilities include night and weekend shifts, reporting maintenance needs, and performing all duties as assigned. A HS diploma or equivalent is required, with preferred 1-year verifiable driving experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum 21 years of age.
• Valid Class A CDL with 1-year verifiable satisfactory driving record (preferred).
• Knowledge of Department of Transportation, State, and Federal laws.
• Ability to read and write legibly.
• Ability to work unsupervised and self-motivate.

• Wash the truck as necessary and report maintenance issues to supervisor.

• Work nights, weekends, holidays, and long shifts.
• All other duties as assigned.

• Perform and document pre-trip inspection (i.e., tires, oil, fuel, lights, breaks, hoses, etc.).
• Maintain proper documentation (i.e., equipment, time, trips, weight, etc.). Clean and wash the truck as necessary.
• Report truck and equipment maintenance issues to supervisor.
• Comply with all DOT safety rules and regulations, all company policies, and local, state, and federal policies, laws, and regulations.
• Work nights, weekends, holidays, and long shifts.
• All other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Minimum 21 years of age.
