Martin Sprocket & Gear, Inc. is seeking a Shipping/Warehouse Associate for 1st shift in Burleson, TX. You will locate and verify items, prepare them for shipment, and operate equipment safely in a non-climate-controlled warehouse.

This role emphasizes dependability, teamwork, and attention to detail. You’ll work Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM, reporting daily to the Burleson branch, with competitive benefits and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in basic math and clear communication.
• Read and understand instructions in English and complete simple logs/reports.
• Strong teamwork and dependable attendance are essential.
• Able to stand for long periods and work in a non-climate-controlled environment.

Responsibilities

• Product selection: locate and select products from warehouse shelves or floor locations.
• Order verification: verify picked and packed items against order requirements for accuracy.
• Packing for shipment: pack and label machined products for shipment.
• Operate powered narrow-aisle pickers safely to retrieve products.
• Safe handling: lift, push, pull and position items up to 50 lbs with assistance for heavier loads.
• Maintain a clean, safe work area and follow safety protocols.
• Collaborate with other departments as needed to support operations.
