Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma or equivalent.
• 3 years' experience in general warehousing and distribution.

Responsibilities

• Supervises day-to-day shipping tasks to ensure timely and accurate completion of activities.
• Plans outbound shipping schedule, prepares/packs orders, and loads outbound freight.
• Audits processes to ensure procedures are followed and merchandise is protected from damage.
• Assists with payroll, recruiting, performance reviews, policy communication and enforcement, and employee relations.
