Job summary

Staci Americas is hiring a Shipping Clerk at our New Jersey location to monitor, process and record outgoing deliveries, including merchandise, stock and materials. The role requires working with carriers, reviewing bills of lading and ensuring accuracy in shipments.

Responsibilities

• Prepare transportation billing documents.
• Determine type of transportation needed (UPS, FEDEX, LTL, USPS).
• Verify shipment details against bills of lading.
• Contact carriers to arrange loading and instructions.
• Examine outgoing shipments for customer spec compliance.
• Operate forklift and pallet jack to move shipments.
• Load product into containers and trucks as needed.
