Job summary

Hygiena LLC in Camarillo, CA is seeking a Warehouse Associate I to join the Shipping department. This full-time, non-exempt role involves receiving, storing, and shipping items, operating a forklift, and maintaining inventory accuracy in our ERP system.

The ideal candidate has at least 1 year of shipping experience, proficiency with MS Office, and basic item verification skills. Forklift certification is preferred but not required; vulnerability to cold conditions is expected in a warehouse

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Minimum 1 year of shipping experience.
• Certified forklift operator preferred (Class I-IV) but not required.
• Proficient in item verification and cycle counts.

Responsibilities

• Receive, identify and store incoming shipments; operate forklift and load/unload trucks.
• Maintain inventory control and document receipts in ERP/CRM systems; assist cycle counts.
• Process returns and update ERP/CRM; ensure accuracy between ERP and physical counts.
• Cross-train and assist teammates; demonstrate leadership at this level.
