Martin Sprocket & Gear in Burleson, TX is hiring a Shipping/Warehouse Associate for 1st shift. You will locate and select products, verify orders, pack for shipment, and operate narrow-aisle pickers in a fast-paced, safety-conscious warehouse.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in basic math and clear communication; able to read and understand instructions in English and complete simple logs and reports.
• Ability to lift, push, pull, and position items up to 50 lbs (with assistance provided for heavier loads).
• Reliable attendance and commitment to scheduled hours, adhering to timekeeping and other company procedures.
• Comfortable standing and working in a non-climate-controlled environment for the entire shift.
• Basic understanding of warehouse functions and general mechanical knowledge (preferred but not required).
• Strong teamwork skills with the ability to collaborate and communicate effectively with colleagues.
• Attentive to detail, capable of determining correct shelf locations based on routing tickets.
