Job summary
East Jordan Plastics is seeking Warehouse Associates for the Day Shift in South Haven, MI. The role focuses on safe operation of warehouse equipment, accurate handling of product, and timely movement of materials.
You will load/unload trucks, read HI-LO scales, and maintain a clean, organized work environment while following safety procedures.
This team-based role supports the plant operations and offers consistent schedules within a family-oriented, sustainability-driven company culture.
Qualifications
- Must be 18 years of age.
- Have 2-year HI-LO & warehouse experience.
- Have a valid driver’s license.
- Able to pass a pre-employment drug screen and physical.
- RF scanner experience – preferred but not required.
- Consistent Schedule.
- Safety boot, prescription safety glasses, and uniform programs.
Responsibilities
- Operate HI-LO and other warehouse equipment in a safe manner.
- Load and unload trucks and containers of product and material.
- Able to read and understand HI-LO scale, count, and identify skids, and record appropriately.
- Provide support to the warehouse and plant in relationship to the movement of product and material.
- Maintain clean, organized, and safe work environment.
