Qualifications

• Experience in distribution, industrial, or paper manufacturing preferred.
• Must follow manufacturing safety procedures including PPE.
• Able to work in physically demanding environments with temperature extremes, noise, and hazards.
• Capable of lifting up to 40 lbs frequently, 40–50 lbs occasionally, over 50 lbs with team/ crane support.
• Able to work a 12‑hour rotating shift including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Starting pay at $23.61/hr and increases to $24.86/hr after 90‑day probation. Visa sponsorship not offered.

Responsibilities

• Operate forklift/clamp truck safely and efficiently.
• Assist in all Shipping department tasks.
• Fill in as needed due to time off vacancies.
• Move material and load equipment.
• Conduct minor maintenance activities.
• Conduct routine equipment inspections.
• Attend and apply training provided by the Company.
• Hold self and others to high safety standards and follow lockout/tagout procedures.
• Participate in safety incidents and help investigate root causes.
• Maintain a clean working environment by following procedures.
