United Talent Staffing is hiring a Shipping Transportation Coordinator I, Shipping Transportation Coordinator II in Lawrenceville, GA!

The Shipping Coordinator is responsible for monitoring the merchandise leaving the company’s warehouse with accurate precision, while maintaining a safe work environment and adhering to UT’s policies and procedures.

Job Responsibilities:

1. Conduct and confirm counts of finished goods maintaining a 95% accuracy for counts of all finished goods inventory, keeping product organized and staging pending shipments.
2. Acquire documents required for shipments and complete forms applicable to shipments.
3. Perform functions within the system essential to shipping by processing shipments.
4. Monitor and maintain all information logged into customer inventory composites.
5. Follow all customer-specified requirements for shipments.
6. Process shipments through Deacom (unless otherwise instructed).
7. Generate shipment paperwork using MS Excel (when shipping without Deacom).

Pay & Shift:

1st shift (6:30 am - 3:00 pm) Mon-Friday | Shipping Transportation Coordinator I Pay: Starts at $18.00/hr. Shipping Transportation Coordinator II Pay: Starts at $20.00/hr.

Requirements:

1. High school diploma or GED required.
2. Basic understanding of ERP system.
3. Experienced using MS Office and e-mail correspondence.
4. Minimum 1 year previous experience operating a forklift.
