Job summary

Greater Houston Retailers Cooperative Association in Houston, TX is seeking a Warehouse Associate for the 3rd shift (Sunday to Thursday) at GHRA Warehouse.

General Summary:
Reports to the Shipping Supervisor

Primary Responsibility:

Responsible for Merging/Wrapping all pallets and staging at right spot.

Essential Functions:

• Place totes on groceries pallets
• Scanned the totes and merged through the RF Gun
• Responsible to make sure products are intact
• Responsible to report to supervisor/lead for damaged products
• Keeps floor and delivery area clean
• Maintains clean and safe work environment
• Accountable for maintaining pertinent company assets
• To provide daily tasks accomplishments to supervisor before end of the shift.
• To perform all other additional tasks assigned by supervisor.

Qualifications Experience and Skills:

• Certified on all equipment necessary to perform duties
• Good communications skills
• Ability to work with minimal supervision

Educational Requirements:

High School Diploma or equivalent

Physical Requirements:

• Prolonged walking and standing for 8 continuous hours including but not limited to a concrete or tile surface
• Product replenishing which includes frequent bending, stooping, crouching, reaching, balancing, pushing and pulling
• Must be able to lift 50 lbs. or more.
