SendCutSend Inc. is seeking a Shipping Technician to prepare customer orders for shipment, ensuring accuracy, quality, and on-time delivery.

The role involves packaging, inspecting, and shipping while maintaining an organized workspace on a manufacturing floor equipped with CNC-related equipment. Responsibilities include selecting appropriate packaging, coordinating with team leads, updating system records, and adhering to LEAN/5S standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English.
• Previous shipping, receiving, or warehouse experience.
• Ability to follow work instructions and safety procedures.
• Strong attention to detail and quality.
• Basic computer skills and ability to use shipping or inventory systems.
• Ability to use measuring devices and basic hand tools.
• Commitment to maintaining a clean, safe, and organized work environment.

Responsibilities

• Package customer orders using appropriate materials and methods to ensure safe and accurate delivery.
• Determine optimal package size and shipping method based on order contents and requirements.
• Verify part counts and perform final visual inspections to ensure orders meet quality standards.
• Prepare pallets for efficient freight shipments.
• Process shipping documentation and update shipment details in internal systems.
• Assist with department inventory tracking and basic inventory control tasks.
• Collaborate with team leads and supervisors to meet daily production goals and communicate issues or quality concerns as they arise.
• Maintain a clean, organized work area in alignment with LEAN and 5S principles.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
