Job summary

Evolution-Driveline in Iowa is seeking a Warehouse Associate to ensure stock unit shipments are packaged and loaded/unloaded for on-time, safe deliveries. You will assist with other warehouse duties as needed and collaborate with the warehouse team to keep accurate records.

Responsibilities include shipping units, organizing printed orders, verifying accuracy, operating a forklift, using WMS, performing daily cycle counts, and maintaining a clean, safe space.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated focus on customer service and team building.
• Two years of warehouse experience preferred.
• Experience working in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to operate a forklift.
• Basic computer skills including shipping software and MS Office.
• Able to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Ship units to customers (manage/organize DC transfers, stock orders).
• Organize all printed orders from sales department that require shipping.
• Double check orders to ensure accuracy.
• Load and unload trucks as necessary with forklift and by hand.
• Process all orders in Warehouse Management System (WMS).
• Communicate backorders to warehouse lead or supervisor as necessary.
• Perform daily cycle count on components and log into inventory management system.
• Enter daily Inventory.
• Tag purchased units.
• Maintain a clean and safe warehouse space.
• Other tasks as directed.
• Works with warehouse staff to pull, pick and ship or deliver orders to customers in an efficient and accurate manner.
• Assist daily with general warehouse duties, such as stocking shelves, kitting, and general cleanliness of warehouse.
