Job summary

Ellwood Quality Steels is seeking a West Truck Bay Shipper to perform daily shipping duties under supervision. You will operate cranes, band saws, grinders and testing units while ensuring material identity and accurate stenciling in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate has at least a high school diploma or GED and prefers shipping experience, with training in EQS crane operations. Safety, teamwork and reliable attendance are required.

Qualifications

• Education: minimum high school diploma or GED.
• Experience: shipping experience preferred; crane cert preferred.
• Training: EQS crane training and related instruction required.

Responsibilities

• Operate cranes and mobile equipment in shipping bays.
• Load cold shipments onto trucks/railcars per procedures.
• Maintain material identity and accurate stenciling.
• Ensure safety, attendance, and teamwork in daily tasks.
