Job summary

SCA Pharma in Windsor, CT is seeking a Shipping Technician to support daily order fulfillment in a clean, organized warehouse. The role requires picking, boxing, and shipping customer orders, maintaining inventory accuracy, and ensuring shipping paperwork is complete.

Full-time, Monday–Friday 8:00 AM–4:30 PM, with a minimum high school diploma and prior shipping experience preferred. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and ability to lift 50 lb daily are valued, along with adherence to cGMP

Summary

The Shipping Technician is responsible for the picking and shipping of scheduled shipments to support our customers’ needs. You will be required to ensure inventory is accurate and restocked daily along with shipping supplies. You will be responsibility for keeping a clean, safe work environment up to cGMP standards. Shipping technicians work in a clean and quite environment with set work schedules and limited Saturday requirements.

Requirements

Required Qualifications & Experience

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in a shipping environment is preferred

Desired Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Must be able to lift min 50lbs
• Must be able to lift 30lbs repeatedly
• Ability to communicate professionally and effectively with all levels of the organization
• Ability to interpret policies, procedures, and standard business practices
• Knowledge and understanding of cGMP standards are a plus
