Job summary

SCA Pharmaceuticals is a dynamic, fast-growing FDA-registered 503B outsourcing facility serving hospitals nationwide. The Inspection, Labeling and Packing Associate will inspect, label and package finished goods exiting the clean room to ensure safety and timely shipping.

Candidates should have a high school diploma, proficiency with Microsoft Office, strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently or as part of a team, following established SOPs and batch records to maintain

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to keep batches organized.
• Good visual acuity and manual dexterity.
• Able to stand or sit for prolonged periods and lift up to 30 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Inspect, label, and package finished goods exiting the clean room to ensure timely shipping of orders.
• Review batch records accompanying each batch and count products for accuracy.
• Visually inspect each product per SOP on a repeated basis.
• Label each product per batch record for each order.
• Package products using heat sealing machine per batch record/SOP.
• Move products to and from the inspection line.
• Other duties as assigned.

Summary

The Inspection, Labeling and Packing Associate is responsible for inspecting, labeling, and packaging finished goods upon the batch products exiting the clean room to ensure timely shipping of orders and ensuring only the safest products reach our customers.

Essential functions

• Receive batches from the clean room to be inspected.
• Review the batch records accompanying each batch and count each product to ensure accuracy of count.
• Visually inspect each product per the standard operating procedures on a repeated basis
• Label each product appropriately according to the batch record for each order.
• Package products utilizing heat sealing machine according to the batch record/SOP.
• Move products to and from the inspection line.
• Other duties as assigned.
