Job summary

Thorne in Summerville, SC is seeking a Shipping Technician to join our Distribution team. This full-time position focuses on accurate order fulfillment and timely shipments.

You will verify codes, pick and pack orders, follow SOPs and cGMPs, and work a 6am-4:30pm shift on C shift at $17.50 per hour. We value reliability, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently within a collaborative team.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Ability to distinguish hundreds of product codes and lot numbers.
• Basic math skills and ability to read and follow written instructions.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to focus in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to learn, follow procedures, and accept feedback.
• Ability to work scheduled shifts, including overtime when required.

Responsibilities

• Picking and packing customer orders with a high level of accuracy
• Verifying product codes, lot numbers, and shipping details
• Following SOPs and cGMPs to ensure quality and compliance
• Completing shipping paperwork carefully and correctly
• Rotating between shipping tasks as assigned once trained

• Shifts may include overtime during peak periods based on business needs

We are currently hiring for the following shift:

C Shift: Monday, Tuesday, Friday, Saturday 6am - 4:30pm at $17.50/hr

Physical Requirements

• Standing and moving throughout 8-, 10-, or 12-hour shifts
• Repetitive lifting, reaching, and handling of materials up to 50 pounds
• Use of equipment, ladders, and machinery safely and responsibly
• Working in a moderate-noise warehouse environment
