Tempur Sealy International is hiring a Shipping Team Member in Belmont, MS. The role requires a forklift certification and 1-3 years of manufacturing experience. You will handle packing, labeling, and postage for inventory while ensuring accuracy of shipments and maintaining safety standards.

Operate warehouse equipment, assist teammates, and contribute to continuous improvement of shipping processes in a fast-paced facility. Benefits include competitive medical and retirement options.

• Certified forklift license / ability to obtain license if needed.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Familiarity with safety programs in a manufacturing environment is desired.
• Safely lift and/or maneuver materials in excess of 40lbs a day.
