Responsibilities

• Directs shipping personnel on assigned shift.
• Ensures production orders are filled correctly and distributed on schedule.
• Makes adjustments in personnel assignments to cover absenteeism and emergencies.
• Reviews documents for accuracy; assists in identifying and eliminating errors.
• Maintains cleanliness of work area and enforces safety/work rules.
• Participates in disciplinary actions as necessary.
