MasterBrand Cabinets LLC is seeking a Shipping Supervisor in Jackson/Atlanta, GA to oversee production shifts and ensure safety, quality, and efficiency. You will supervise manufacturing personnel, enforce policies, and drive continuous improvement in a fast-paced environment.

The role reports to the Materials Manager and requires strong analytical and communication skills with a preference for a technical or business background. 5+ years supervisory manufacturing experience is desired.

Qualificações

• 5+ years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment.
• BS or AS degree in a technical or business-related field preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Supervise the activities and personnel engaged in manufacturing within the assigned department and shift.
• Create, maintain, and audit Standard Work.
• Interpret, apply, and enforce all company policies, programs, rules, regulations, and safety rules.
• Achieve departmental, plant, and corporate goals for safety, quality, and productivity.
• Promote clean, safe work areas by continuously checking for hazards.
• Lead production employees in continuous improvement activities.
• Develop, direct, and manage manufacturing personnel and train them to properly utilize all equipment and tools.
