Job summary

You will supervise and train staff, adjust assignments as needed, review documentation for accuracy, maintain a clean work area, enforce company policies, and participate in disciplinary actions when appropriate, with competitive pay and benefits.

Qualifications

• Two or more years of related shipping/warehouse supervisory experience.
• High School diploma or equivalent and completion of a formal management training program.
• Ability to supervise, train, and coordinate shipping personnel.

Responsibilities

• Supervises, trains and directs shipping personnel.
• Ensures production orders are filled correctly and distribution is on schedule.
• Adjusts personnel assignments to cover absenteeism and emergencies.
• Reviews documents for accuracy and helps identify and eliminate errors.
• Maintains cleanliness of the work area.
• Ensures employee compliance with work rules.
• Participates in disciplinary actions as necessary.
• Performs other duties including scheduling and attendance as required.
