• Work with production and purchasing to monitor order readiness and delivery timelines.
• Track materials sent to outside vendors and follow up to support timely completion.
• Maintain inventory accuracy through routine counts, recordkeeping, and discrepancy resolution.
• Update shipment, receipt, and inventory information using spreadsheets and business management software.
• Identify opportunities to improve workflow, organization, and accuracy.
• Promote safe material handling and maintain orderly shipping and storage areas.
• Communicate shortages, delays, and other concerns that may affect operations.

Compensation and Schedule

• Starting compensation: $35 per hour or $85,000 annually on a salary basis.
• The annual salary is based on a schedule averaging five hours of overtime per week.
• Overtime is required, with flexibility to adjust hours based on operational needs.
