Job summary

Alfred Kärcher SE & Co. KG in Fayetteville, AR is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to direct daily warehouse operations, coordinate storage and distribution, and ensure overall efficiency.

You will supervise shipping personnel, coach the team, maintain inventory integrity through cycle counts and regular inventories, and prepare reports to support key logistics decisions. A Bachelor’s Degree in Logistics or Business Management and strong communication and problem solving skills are required.

• Excellent written and oral communication skills for leading teams and presenting reports.
• Solid mathematical capabilities to analyze metrics, compute rates/ratios, and interpret bar graphs.

3+ years of experience as a warehouse or shipping/receiving supervisor .
