About the Job
We’re looking for a Shipping Supervisor to keep our shipping operations running smoothly. If you’re great at managing a team, keeping things organized, and making sure packages get where they need to go on time, this could be the job for you!

What You’ll Do

1. Lead the Team
   Oversee the shipping crew and make sure everyone knows what they’re doing.
   Train new team members and keep things running efficiently.
   Keep an eye on performance and help solve any issues that come up.
2. Handle Shipping Operations
   Make sure orders are packed, labeled, and shipped correctly.
   Keep track of shipments and work with carriers to prevent delays.
   Find ways to speed up the shipping process while keeping costs down.
3. Stay Organized
   Maintain accurate records of shipments and inventory.
   Work with the warehouse team to make sure stock levels are right.
   Keep all shipping documents in order and ensure compliance with regulations.
4. Keep Things Safe & Efficient
   Follow all shipping rules and regulations, including international shipping when needed.
   Make sure the team follows safety procedures to prevent accidents.
   Look for ways to improve processes and reduce shipping costs.

What You’ll Need

1. Previous experience in shipping, logistics, or warehouse work.
