Job summary

Kenda Tires is seeking a Shipping Assistant Supervisor to help run daily shipping warehouse operations, guiding team, verifying accuracy, and ensuring on-time shipments.

Responsibilities include passing daily instructions, labeling checks, resolving delayed orders, enforcing SOPs and safety, and covering for the Shipping Supervisor as needed.

• Enforces standard operating procedures and company safety policies.
• Escalates team issues or conflicts to Management and Human Resources.
• Covers for Shipping Supervisor during absences.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Position Summary:

The Shipping Assistant Supervisor will help run the daily work in a shipping warehouse area. This position will guide employees, double check work is done correctly, and ensure shipments leave on time.
