Job summary

Rocky Mountain Spice Company Inc in Denver, CO is seeking an experienced shipping and logistics specialist to manage daily order fulfillment, BOLs, and outbound transportation in a fast-paced warehouse.

You will coordinate with sales and operations to ensure pallets are weighed, documented, and shipped on schedule while maintaining accurate inventory records and adherence to quality procedures.

Qualifications

• Forklift certification is required.

Responsibilities

• Pick and stage all daily orders.
• Ensure orders are complete and ready to ship on time.
• Manage and verify inventory storage and location.
• Review orders, inspect pallets, and confirm counts.
• Coordinate with customer service to plan shipments.
• Oversee driver logs, delivery schedules, and will-call orders.
• Manage outbound LTL and full truck loads.
• Handle BOLs and shipping documentation.
• Implement and follow a shipping warehouse schedule.
• Adhere to quality control procedures in shipping.
• Weigh pallets prior to shipment.
• Communicate tracking information to customer services.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet business goals.

Responsibilities

• Pick and stage all daily orders
• Ensure orders are complete and ready to go in time – Tracks order fulfillment
• Ensures FG inventory is stored and located properly
• Review orders, inspect finished pallets, verify pallet configurations, confirm counts are accurate
• Coordinate with customer service to plan and track shipment of final products
• Oversee RMSC driver log delivery & pickup schedule and will-call orders
• Manage outbound LTL and full truck loads
• Manage BOL’s
• Implement and follow a shipping warehouse schedule
• Follow good manufacturing procedures for shipping and take steps to avoid quality control issues
• Make sure all pallets are weighed prior to shipment.
• Responsible for all routings and all special customer requirements surrounding shipping.
• Communicating tracking information to customer services.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Sales and Operations, to support overall business objectives.
