Compensation
Competitive pay comprised of:
- Hourly compensation
- Weekly performance‑based bonus up to $125 per week
- Regular opportunities for overtime, paid at the corresponding overtime rate
- Regular pay raises based on performance and experience levels

Essential Functions, Duties, and Responsibilities
- Reliable attendance is required; adhere to assigned work schedule.
- Maximize quality production with limited downtime and waste.
- Know and follow all company policies in a positive upbeat manner.
- Comply with FDA, GMP, OSHA, and HACCP guidelines.
- Complete paperwork accurately and in a timely manner.
- Wear proper PPE per MSDS and OSHA.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Recognize and correct quality issues.
- Report any unsafe condition or property damage to supervisor immediately.
- Ensure all safety precautions are taken prior to operating machines.
- Always notify supervisor before leaving workstation.
- Rotate products to use oldest date first – FIFO.
- Complete forklift inspection checklist daily prior to operating.
- Keep pallets in racks straightened and in proper location.
- Keep skids neat and straight before shrink wrapping.
- Fill orders accurately and efficiently.
- Palletize and load weekly transfers.
- Receive and put away incoming product accurately and efficiently.
- Accurately input receivables and transfers in Oracle.
- Keep all aisles clean.
- Complete miscellaneous projects assigned by supervisor.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
What You’ll Need
- High school diploma or GED, or one to three months related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Ability to work well with others in a dynamic, changing work environment.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Loading and unloading full trucks required.
- Counter balance and reach truck forklift experience required.
- Ability to become forklift and material handling equipment certified.
- Familiarity with computers (including Microsoft Office programs) preferred.
- Work schedule: Monday – Friday, 4:30 AM – 1:00 PM.
