Job summary

Keefe Group is hiring for a warehouse associate in Bridgeton, MO. You will complete shipping/receiving tasks, rotate stock FIFO, and ensure accurate order fulfillment in a clean, air-conditioned warehouse. The role requires lifting up to 50 lbs, forklift experience, and Monday–Friday 4:30 AM–1:00 PM.

Essential Functions, Duties, and Responsibilities

• Reliable attendance is required; ability to adhere to assigned work schedule.
• Maximize Quality Production with limited down time and waste.
• Know and follow all Do's and Don'ts and Company Policies in a positive upbeat manner.
• Comply with FDA, GMP, OSHA and HACCP guidelines.
• Complete paperwork accurately and in a timely manner.
• Wear proper PPE per MSDS and OSHA.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Ability to recognize and correct quality issues.
• Report any unsafe condition or property damage to supervisor immediately.
• Ensure all safety precautions are taken prior to operating machines.
• Always notify your supervisor before leaving work station.
• Rotate products to use oldest date first — FIFO.
• Complete forklift inspection checklist daily prior to operating.
• All pallets in racks, kept straightened and in proper rack location.
• Ensure skids are neat and straight before shrink wrapping them.
• Fill orders accurately and efficiently.
• Pull, palletize and load weekly transfers.
• Receive and put away incoming product accurately and efficiently.
• Accurately input receivers and transfers in Oracle.
• All aisles to be kept clean.
• Complete miscellaneous projects assigned by Supervisor.
• Other duties as assigned.

What You'll Need

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Ability to work well with others in a dynamic, changing work environment
• Ability to lift up to 50lbs.
• Loading and Unloading Full Trucks REQUIRED
• Counter Balance and Reach Truck Forklift experience REQUIRED.
• Ability to become forklift and material handling equipment certified
• Familiarity with computers (including Microsoft Office programs) PREFERRED.
• Ability to work: Monday - Friday, 4:30 AM - 1:00 PM.
