Strive Pharmacy in Gilbert, Arizona is seeking a Shipping Specialist for a 3rd shift role (Mon-Thu, 7:30 PM–6:00 AM). The position handles patient-specific orders, packaging and shipping with strict SOP adherence. You will communicate with teams, monitor supplies, and maintain a clean, compliant workspace.

Position Overview

Strive Pharmacy is seeking a detail-oriented Shipping Specialist to join our team. This role is responsible for accurately packaging and preparing patient-specific prescription orders for shipment while maintaining strict quality standards and ensuring compliance with Strive Pharmacy’s Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).

The Shipping Specialist will play a critical role in ensuring prescriptions are packaged correctly, shipped efficiently, and handled according to established quality and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Order Preparation & Packaging: Accurately prepare and package patient-specific prescription orders, including cold, meltable, and room-temperature shipments, according to established procedures.
• Interdepartmental Communication: Communicate effectively with internal teams to ensure order updates, shipping changes, and special requirements are accurately addressed.
• Inventory Monitoring: Monitor shipping supply levels and communicate shortages or replenishment needs to leadership and team members.
• Facility Maintenance & Cleanliness: Maintain a clean, organized, and compliant shipping and assembly workspace in accordance with company standards.

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous experience in a pharmacy, healthcare, shipping, fulfillment, or other regulated environment preferred.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) accurately.
• Effective communication skills with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in shipping, packaging, order fulfillment, or material handling.
• Experience working in a pharmacy, healthcare, or regulated environment.

Work Environment

This position is primarily based in an on-site pharmacy environment. The role requires regular use of hands for handling materials, packaging supplies, and prescription orders. Team members may be required to sit, stand, walk, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the workday.

The position requires occasional lifting and/or moving of items weighing up to 50 lbs. Reasonable accommodations may be made for individuals with disabilities.

Hourly Pay Rate
