Job summary

Blueprint Studios in Las Vegas, NV is seeking a Shipping Associate to support outbound order preparation, loading, and shipment readiness. You will handle counts, labeling, and safety procedures while using order pickers and forklifts to move materials.

The role requires attention to detail, teamwork, and flexibility for overtime, nights, and weekends. As part of the Shipping Department, you will coordinate with other teams to ensure accurate shipments, timely updates, and compliant paperwork.

Qualifications

• GED or high school diploma; B.S. or associates preferred
• 1 year in warehouse, shipping, logistics or event-related operations preferred
• Valid driver's license with clear driving record
• Overtime, nights, weekends availability
• Bilingual in Spanish a plus

Responsibilities

• Perform item counts and verify labeling, condition and readiness prior to loading or release.
• Safely load, secure, balance, wrap, palletize, and protect shipments.
• Support will-call pickups, deliveries, transfers, and other outbound requests.
• Operate order pickers, forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment as needed.
• Report discrepancies promptly to leadership and participate in pre-shift huddles.
