Responsibilities

• Process and prepare outgoing shipments using ERP and carrier systems.
• Create labels, track deliveries, and ensure order accuracy.
• Package orders with complete accessories and documentation.
• Support rush and priority shipments across departments.
• Maintain organized shipping records and inventory of supplies.
• Assist with incoming deliveries and domestic/international shipments.
• Keep shipping/warehouse areas clean and organized.
• Provide excellent service to internal teams and external partners.
