Job summary
Aurora Technologies is seeking a warehouse associate to support packaging and shipping operations in Pacific, MO. You will verify work orders, prepare pallets, and coordinate with shipping carriers to ensure on-time delivery.
Responsibilities include labeling, skids, lifting up to 50 pounds, and using UPS/FedEx/DHL systems to generate shipments. The role requires basic computer skills and 1–2 years in logistics.
Qualifications
- Basic computer operations skills.
- Ability to read and interpret work orders.
- Experience with UPS, FedEx and DHL shipping systems.
- Understanding of customer logistics requirements.
- Ability to think critically about shipment decisions.
- 1-2 years of logistics experience preferred.
Responsibilities
- Audit work orders to ensure quality and production requirements have been met.
- Make decisions on the best methods for packaging various customized materials.
- Package finished materials safely and securely to prevent damage in transit.
- Generate shipping labels and packing slips using UPS, FedEx, and DHL systems.
- Consolidate and band skids for shipping of finished products.
- Lift and manually transport materials up to 50 pounds.
- Coordinate with shipping manager for outbound freight scheduling.
- Overship or undership decisions as needed.
- Create new skids for customers as necessary.
- Prepare surplus items for return to stock.
