Job summary

Liveo Research is seeking a Shipping Specialist to support the accurate and timely shipment of finished goods at our pharmaceutical packaging plant in Delaware City, DE. You will prepare outbound shipments, pack and label per instructions, and generate shipping documentation including BOLs and packing lists.

Proficiency with SAP/ERP and forklift handling is expected in a regulated environment. The role emphasizes accuracy, documentation, labeling, and adherence to customer-specific shipping

Qualifications

• 1 year hands-on shipping experience in manufacturing, distribution or warehouse.
• Experience preparing Bills of Lading and other outbound shipping documentation.
• Experience coordinating shipments with freight carriers.
• Experience with SAP, an ERP system or Warehouse Management System preferred.
• Experience verifying labels, quantities and shipment documentation for accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Prepare outbound customer and inter-company shipments accurately and on schedule.
• Prepare, pack and label finished goods according to shipping instructions and customer requirements.
• Generate and verify shipping documentation, including Bills of Lading (BOLs), packing documentation and inventory records.
• Use SAP/ERP systems to complete shipping transactions and maintain accurate material and inventory status.
• Coordinate pickups and shipments with carriers and internal departments to meet delivery schedules.
• Verify shipment quantities, product information, lot/batch information, labels and required documentation before material leaves the facility.
• Maintain accurate shipping records and documentation in accordance with company procedures and cGMP requirements.
• Identify and resolve shipping or documentation discrepancies before shipment.
• Stage finished goods for shipment and safely move material using a forklift as required.
• Maintain an organized shipping and staging area.
• Follow all site Safety, Quality, cGMP and Manufacturing policies and procedures.

Liveo Research is a global manufacturer of rigid packaging solutions with five locations worldwide. Our pharmaceutical packaging manufacturing plant in Delaware City, Delaware is looking for an experienced Shipping Specialist to support the accurate and timely shipment of finished goods.

This position is ideal for someone with hands‑on shipping experience who understands that accuracy, documentation, labeling, and attention to customer‑specific shipping requirements are critical parts of the job.

What You’ll Do

What We’re Looking For

• High School Diploma or GED.
• At least 1 year of hands‑on shipping experience in a manufacturing, distribution or warehouse environment.
• Experience preparing Bills of Lading and other outbound shipping documentation.
• Experience coordinating shipments with freight carriers.
• Experience with SAP, an ERP system or Warehouse Management System strongly preferred.
• Experience verifying labels, quantities and shipment documentation for accuracy.
• Strong attention to detail and documentation accuracy.
• Ability to prioritize multiple shipments and adapt to changing schedules and priorities.
• Forklift experience preferred.Experience in a regulated, pharmaceutical, food, medical device or other quality‑controlled manufacturing environment is a plus.
