Responsibilities

• Oversee daily payroll data and salary inquiries; conduct evaluations.
• Ensure safety meetings and processes are followed; correct hazards.
• Establish training and maintain documentation for direct reports.
• Coordinate shipping distributions with the scheduler and upstream processes.
• Maintain housekeeping and equipment supplies for efficient department operations.
• Participate in inspections, audits, and continuous improvement initiatives.
