Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assemble parcels and prepare goods for shipping, wrap items, weigh packages, and label parcels.
• Demonstrate consultative behavior to understand customer needs in a retail setting.
• Resolve customer problems quickly to their satisfaction.
• Maintain a safe, clean and orderly FedEx Office store.
• Assist with processing financial transactions using a POS, including handling cash.
• Stock and stock retail printing and shipping equipment and supplies; ensure displays are current.
