Job summary

Flex-N-Gate Battle Creek is seeking a Warehouse Associate to receive, inspect, inventory, document and store shipments and to process finished goods. The role requires clear communication with the shipping clerk, drivers and staff to ensure smooth operations.

Responsibilities include scanning and sorting incoming and outgoing shipments, pulling, packaging and labeling with accuracy, repackaging parts into alternate containers, keeping warehouse and dock areas clean and organized, and verifying

Qualifications

• Prefer at least one year of warehouse experience.
• Prefer experience in automotive manufacturing.
• Strong time management and organizational skills; sense of urgency.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and obtain PIT permit.
• Able to pass pre-employment background check, drug screen, and physical.

Responsibilities

• Scan and sort incoming and outgoing shipments.
• Pull, package and label shipments with accuracy.
• Repackaging parts into alternate containers for shipment.
• Ensure warehouse and dock areas are cleaned and organized.
• Receive incoming shipments and verify against documentation.
