Job summary

GardaWorld is seeking a Shipping & Receiving Clerk to support cash services operations at our Boca Raton, Florida site.

The role is full-time, Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM, with a pay rate of $16.50 per hour. Benefit offerings include 401K, medical, dental, vision, PTO, discounts, and reward programs.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalency required.
• Strong written, verbal, and reading comprehension skills required.
• Experience in a fast-paced environment required.
• 1+ years in production/operations preferred.
• Strong 10-key speed and accuracy required.

Responsibilities

• Report to Huddle work area at scheduled time.
• Engage in daily huddles and communicate issues or successes.
• Keep workstation stocked with needed supplies.
• Ensure equipment is clean, maintained and functional; report issues.
• Accurately receive, verify, and allocate deposits and ATM cash.

Schedule: Monday - Friday

Shift: 8:00AM - 4:30PM

Payrate: $16.50 / hourly

Shipping & Receiving Job Description

• Responsible to report to Huddle work area at the schedule time and scheduled day.
• Actively engages during daily huddles. Listen, learn, and communicate successes, issues, or barriers impacting performance
• Ensure workstation is stocked with supplies necessary to perform tasks for the entire shift.
• Ensures equipment is clean, maintained, and runs at optimal levels. Reports to Supervisor any equipment issues.
• Responsible for accurate receipt, verification, separating, scanning and allocation of inbound customer deposits, ATM Residual Cash, banking center, and various other types of deposits.
• Verification and control of total deposit bags received to assignment manifest.
• Inspects deposit bags for evidence of tampering and immediately notifies supervisor of any issues.
• Responsible for accurate transfer of deposits and orders to appropriate processing areas.
• Responsible for accurate distribution of Cash/Coin orders to Armored Carriers including scanning, manifesting, and receiving Armored Carrier signed acknowledgement of all orders distributed to carrier.
• Meets or exceeds all established productivity standards.
• Works in an efficient and safe manner.
• Identifies and shares processing improvement opportunities.
• Work independently without direct supervision or oversight.
• Other duties as assigned

Job Requirements

Knowledge, Skills and Education Required or Recommended:

• High School Diploma or Equivalency Degree Required
• Good Written, Verbal, Mathematic and Reading Comprehension Skills Required
• Experience working in a fast paced and dynamic environment Required
• 1 + Years active experience in a production or operations environment Highly Recommended
• 10 key speed and accuracy Required
