Morehouse Instrument Company in York, PA is seeking a Warehouse Technician (Shipping & Receiving) to prepare shipments, inspect inbound goods, and support a safe, efficient loading process in a small-team environment.

Responsibilities include receiving and inspection, shipping and packaging, operating forklift, driving the company vehicle, and maintaining a clean, organized work area. Must lift 50 pounds and work well independently or with others.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be able to lift a minimum of 50 pounds
• Valid driver’s license and dependable driving record
• Experience with forklift operation is preferred
• Strong attention to detail and safety awareness

Responsibilities

• Direct drivers to proper loading areas and verify package counts.
• Inspect and document all incoming equipment and packing materials.
• Prepare items for shipment and build/repair wooden shipping containers as needed.
• Maintain clean and safe work areas and follow safety regulations.
• Operate forklift and company vehicle for local pickups and deliveries.
