Qualifications
Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills; attention to detail.
Basic math skills for production and inventory tasks.
High school diploma or equivalent.
1+ year manufacturing experience preferred.
Responsibilities
Assemble systems and sub-assemblies using hand tools, power tools, air tools, and a drill press.
Package and ship orders accurately, including offshore documentation.
Perform final inspections to confirm proper operation and completeness.
Maintain SAP data: receive orders, process production orders, maintain BOMs/routings, and ship products.
Keep work areas clean and safe; support cycle counts and inventories.
Work with electrical voltages from 24V to 220V safely.
Answer phones professionally and support internal/external customers.
Collaborate with team members to meet quality and production goals.
