Job summary

Derstines Inc. is seeking a Team Lead for the 3rd Shift in our warehouse in Telford, PA. The role requires forklift experience (stand-up/high-reach) and pallet jack familiarity, with duties spanning from selecting and palletizing goods to coordinating with teammates to meet deadlines.

The position emphasizes reliability, safety, and a strong work ethic, with overtime possible. Medical/Dental/Vision, 401K, and other benefits are provided.

Qualifications

• Must be able to work 3rd Shift hours - Sunday night through Friday mornings - 8:00pm-5:00am next day (overtime available/not guaranteed)
• Attention to the task at hand, verify items picked are correct in size and quantity/number
• Basic math skills, written and verbal communication skills
• Must have Stand-Up/High-Reach Forklift experience and pallet jack experience
• Willingness to work until work is completed if overtime is necessary
• Experience working in a warehouse setting requiring employee to always be aware of surroundings
• Occasionally, must be able to lift up to 100lbs
• Ability to work in cold warehouse temperatures, including the freezer
• Must wear steel-toe shoes/boots and cold weather appropriate clothing (hat, jacket, gloves)
