Job summary

Josh’s Frogs is seeking a dedicated Shipping/Receiving Team Lead to oversee daily operations in our Shipping/Receiving Department. This full-time role includes supervising a team, ensuring timely order fulfillment, and maintaining quality checks across picking, packing, and receiving processes.

The position requires self-motivation, problem-solving, and physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs, with a Monday–Friday schedule and an $18.00/hour starting wage.

We’re currently looking for a motivated, supportive leader to join us as a full-time Shipping/Receiving Team Lead in our Shipping/Receiving Department . As an S/R Department team member, you’ll help maintain team accountability, identify and drive efficiency improvements, and consistently execute quality checks. Your primary responsibilities will include picking, packing, and labeling orders, ensuring daily tasks are completed, monitoring and resolving late shipments, managing coverage schedules and assigning tasks, and maintaining and improving SOPs.

• Full-time (40 hours per week), Monday through Friday (8:30 AM to 5 PM)
• $18.00/hour starting wages

Day-to-Day Duties Include:

• Providing direct, hands-on support within Shipping/Receiving operations
• Managing coverage schedules, assigning tasks, and coordinating box/supply ordering
• Ensuring all daily tasks are completed while coaching, reinforcing proper procedures with team members, and participating in meetings to support ongoing performance development and alignment
• Conducting quality control checks across picking, packing, and receiving processes and providing corrective feedback when needed
• Monitoring and resolving late shipments daily to ensure timely fulfillment and reduce delays, ensuring all orders are shipped before the end of the shift whenever possible

For This Position, You MUST Possess:

• Self-motivation

• Ability to work on your feet for extended periods
• Ability to repeatedly lift 50 lbs.
• Comfortability navigating web apps (including Google Workspace)
• Ability to pass pre-interview assessment
