Job summary

Tailored Brands is seeking a Shipping & Receiving Supervisor in Peachtree Corners, GA to lead daily shipping and receiving operations within the Transportation Department. The role focuses on safe, efficient, and timely movement of products through the DC while maintaining inventory integrity.

You will supervise staff, train on procedures, and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards in a fast-paced distribution center.

Qualifications

• High School or Equivalent required.
• Minimum 3 years warehousing and shipping supervisory experience.
• Hands-on with strong leadership and managerial skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office including Word, Excel and Outlook.
• Excellent communication at all levels and ability to build effective relationships.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize and direct the work of staff in receiving, warehousing and shipping operations to meet customer requirements.
• Review orders, schedules and other information to determine work sequence and material shipping dates, type, volume and destination.
• Organize and manage day-to-day operations to ensure shipments are dispatched and picked up by carriers for on-time order fulfillment.
• Lead and motivate the workforce and provide training, discipline and conflict resolution as needed.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure accuracy and efficiency in shipping and receiving.
