Qualifications

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months of related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage the flow of delivery of materials to customers through management of 'pick tickets'.
• Draw up master schedule to meet shipping dates.
• Confer with sales coordinators on project statuses.
• Prepare shipping/receiving documents and maintain documentation.
• Respond to telephone inquiries regarding shipment deliveries.
• Ensure timeliness of incoming and outgoing supplies.
