Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate records of items shipped and received.
• Oversees safe and reliable packaging of all outgoing shipments.
• Process items for shipment according to established guidelines and procedures.
• Review shipping notices, bills of lading, invoices, orders, and other records to determine shipping priorities.
• Reviews all international shipment documentation for compliance.
• Maintain timely, effective communications with all customers and suppliers.
• Handle record keeping and administrative duties accordingly.
• Adhere to safety policies; report accidents immediately.
• Work on warehouse floor around heavy machinery.
