Job summary

Seal Company is seeking a Shipping & Receiving Clerk to participate in all warehouse activities, including moving inventory, pulling products, and processing shipments. No night shifts, with starting pay of $18-$20 depending on experience.

The role involves verifying incoming shipments, recording data, packing and labeling, and following ISO 9001/AS9100 procedures while maintaining organized duties and a clean work area.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; related experience preferred.
• Attention to detail to ensure accurate shipments and documentation.
• Ability to adapt quickly to changing processes and priorities.

Responsibilities

• Verifies incoming shipments against the PO for items, quantity and docs.
• Unloads, signs for shipments, and reports damages to the Warehouse Manager.
• Records inbound data (weight, box size) and attaches to PO receipts.
• Inspects products to ANSI Z1.4 AQL level 1.5 and stocks inventory accordingly.
• Prepares documentation for shipment of materials and parts.
• Checks Pick List against customer PO for accuracy.
• Records outbound data (Origin, Batch, Cure, Expiration) on the Pick List.
• Operates scales, scanners, pallet jacks, hand trucks and forklift as certified.
